The following Terms and Conditions for publication of your details on this website do not affect your statutory rights.

You must be a bona fide counsellor or psychotherapist. We also accept entries from practitioners of other recognized and widely accepted therapies, and suppliers of related services and products.

The information you supply must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must keep your therapyindex.com Listing(s) up-to-date.

No contract will subsist between you and therapyindex.com for the provision by it to you of any service unless and until therapyindex.com issues to you by e-mail a digital receipt for your payment. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time therapyindex.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and therapyindex.com irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We agree to include your details as supplied to us on the therapyindex.com website. We may, at our sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third party advertisements on any Web page within our site. We shall use our best endeavour to ensure that your details are as supplied and are accessible to visitors at all times. However, you accept that, due to technical or other reasons, there may be periods when your details are unavailable and that in such circumstances no compensation shall be due.

You agree to pay a regular subscription in advance, and to notify us of any change of personal details. We may vary the amount due by giving you one month's notice by e-mail.

This agreement may be cancelled by either side at any time. The first quarter’s subscription is non-refundable if you cancel. Cancellations made after the first quarter incur no penalty and any unused portion of your subscription will be fully refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, therapyindex.com provides this web site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, therapyindex.com does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this web site is accurate, complete or current.

Except as specifically stated on this web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, therapyindex.com will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. Like all good organisations, we have a procedure in place to deal with complaints fairly, confidentially and effectively, should we fail to meet these aims. We will acknowledge your message within 5 days and will tell you when we expect to resolve the matter, keeping you informed until it is concluded.
