About The Work The tendency to cling to the familiar is to resist change and remain stuck at the threshold. You will be supported to explore, express and communicate your emotions in a safe environment. By being able to witness your own attitudes, you are better able to change. You are offered the opportunity to work with a variety of creative forms.
