Carolyn Sinnott Counselling & Psychotherapy

Carolyn Sinnott is an experienced IACP & IAHIP accredited counsellor & psychotherapist working with a wide range of issues. She draws from a number of different therapeutic models, including Person-centred, Gestalt, & Hakomi (a mindfulness-based psychotherapy), enabling her to work with each client in a way that is best suited to their individual needs. She places a particular emphasis on creating an accepting and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their difficulties.
