Whether you are looking for relief from distress, or trying to understand yourself better and find meaning in life, improving your relationship with yourself (your feelings and your unconscious), and with other people, leads to healing and growth. Because, while anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other psychological problems may be a result of past or current circumstances–they may also be your own unconscious effort to find a new, more satisfying way of living for the future. My training as a Certified Jungian Analyst has given me the tools to help you understand not just why you are having the problem, but also what you may be trying to work out through the problem. When we live in a way that is unbalanced, or leaves out certain parts of our personality, it can lead to a sense of despair or alienation.

Psychotherapy helps to relieve this by providing a safe and reliable setting to get to know all the different parts of ourselves and to integrate them in a harmonious way. I would describe my own style as related, grounding, and creative. Good therapy isn\’t easy, but it is rewarding.
