For the last five years I have run a private practice in Maida Vale, London W2 and in St.Albans, Herts working with individuals and groups as well as running workshops and a meditation group.
My training includes Dip,Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Certificates in Person centred Counselling and Psychodynamic Counselling.
I have twenty five years experience of meditation (Zazen, and Vipassana) Seven years working in a specialist psychiatric unit, as well as living a full life. I am UKCP registered.
My definition of Transpersonal is beyond the ego, or behind the mask.
