Neuro Linguisitc Psychotherapy is a short-term, goal-oriented and practical therapeutic approach to solving problems, achieving goals and personal evolution. This can include growth and change in one\’s mental, behavioural and emotional being.

NLPt focuses on the development of and communication between, the conscious and unconscious minds. It encourages and supports independence and self-sufficiency.

I am a member of and work to the ethics and practice of NLPtCA (Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association). I am a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and Practitioner in Time Line Therapy.
